Shenas & Clark, Incorporated represented Palomar Display Products, Inc. in connection with the asset sale of its Mobile Data Systems Product Line to Polaris Digital Systems, Inc. Palomar is a leader in the development and integration of displays and computer systems for demanding applications used in harsh environments, and a supplier of fully Sunlight Readable LCD Displays, specialized CRT Displays, and Flat Panel Liquid Crystal Displays used in demanding applications worldwide.
