Shenas & Clark, Incorporated completed the representation of Realty Enterprise Fund, LLC in connection with private offer and sale of up to $905,000 of its shares. The proceeds of the offering were used to invest in small cap and microcap real estate securities issued by real estate investment trusts or other entities directly or indirectly possessing substantial real estate holdings in accordance with the business plan of the company.
