AML Wireless Systems, Inc. Sold to Stratus Management

George P. Shenas, Incorporated represented AML Wireless Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Palomar Products, Inc., in connection with the sale of its assets to Stratus Management, Ltd. AML is based in Winnipeg, Canada, and was, prior to the sale, engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing state of the art broadband RF signal transmission systems. Since 1969 AML had been a world leading supplier of these types of systems with applications in CATV, SMATV, MMDS, security, traffic control, education and remote court arraignment.
AML's parent, Palomar Products, Inc. continues to be engaged in the design, manufacture, market, and integration of competitively priced, high quality audio, data and video distribution systems to military and commercial customers. It is one of the leading companies providing secure communication products to U.S. military customers.
