CWC MedDev LLC Invests in Medical Instrument Company

George P. Shenas, Incorporated recently concluded its representation of CWC Asset Advisors, Inc., the General Manager of CWC MedDev LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in connection with the LLC's formation and subsequent successful private placement of its securities with selected accredited investors throughout the United States. The firm also negotiated the terms of an agreement under which the net proceeds of the offering were invested by the LLC in Series C Preferred Shares of Minnow Medical, Inc., a medical instrument company which is developing proprietary products for the treatment of artery disease which can occur throughout the body, including the heart, neck, head and legs.
Over the years, the Shenas firm has represented CWC Asset Advisors, Inc. and its affiliate, Christopher Weil & Company, a San Diego-based registered investment advisor and broker-dealer, in connection with the formation of seven investment entities created for the purpose of investing in real estate, biotech and other securities on a private offering basis.
