ITT Industries Acquires Allen Osborne Associates, Inc.

Shenas & Clark, Incorporated represented the stockholders of Allen Osborne Associates, Inc. (AOA) in connection with the sale their stock in AOA to ITT Industries. AOA makes high performance Global Positioning System (GPS) products for precise time and frequency transfer, surveying, ionsopheric calibration, and military receivers. AOA creates high performance GPS products including Selective Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM), BenchMark and Rascal receivers, time transfer and monitor station receivers, TurboSurvey software and antennas.
