Shenas & Clark, Incorporated completed early this year a corporate reorganization involving Identification Technology Group, Inc., HID Corporation, AccessID, Inc. and Indala Corporation, all of which are Assa Abloy Group Companies. These individual companies are focused on the development, sale and distribution of electronic identification technology and components for the access control and smart card industries.
