CWC Asset Advisors, Inc. Establishes Real Estate and Medical Instrumentation Investment Funds

George P. Shenas, Incorporated has recently completed its representation of CWC Asset Advisors, Inc. in connection with its formation and subsequent private offering of securities in CWC Regional Housing Fund LP. The purpose of the Partnership is to acquire single family homes (detached, town home style and condominium) with a view to achieving long term capital appreciation, as well as current cash flow, sheltered or partially sheltered by passive tax losses.
Our firm has also acted as legal counsel in connection with the private offering of securities of CWC MedDev2 LLC, which has been formed for the purpose of investing in a Convertible Note and Warrant of Minnow Medical, Inc., a San Diego-based medical instrument company that has developed proprietary products for the treatment of artery disease which can occur throughout the body, including the heart, neck, head and legs.
