Acquisition of "MP Rotator" for Decade-Long Client

George P. Shenas, Incorporated recently completed the representation of Hunter Industries Incorporated in connection with Hunter’s acquisition of the MP Rotator turf sprinkler business from Nelson Irrigation Corporation.

Although the acquisition was closed on June 22, 2007, Nelson will continue to manufacture the MP Rotator sprinklers for Hunter in Walla Walla, Washington for a period of up to two years.
