Shenas & Clark, Incorporated represented Palomar Companies LLC and its subsidiary, Palomar Products, Inc. in connection with the sale of all of the outstanding stock of Palomar Products, Inc. to Esterline Technologies, Inc., a leading specialty manufacturer serving aerospace/defense markets. Palomar Products has been a leading provider of voice and data communication products to U.S. military customers for more than 30 years. Applications include air, shipboard and land-vehicle solutions. Palomar's annual revenues were approximately $25 million.
