CWC Realty Income Fund, LLC Private Stock Offering

Shenas & Clark, Incorporated recently concluded the representation of CWC Realty Income Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), in connection with the Company's formation and private offering of up to $5,000,000 in securities. The Company intends to invest the proceeds of the Offering in real estate securities, including the common stock, preferred stock and bonds of real estate investment trusts and other companies with significant real estate ownership.
The General Manager of the company is CWC Asset Advisors, Inc., which is an affiliate of Christopher Weil & Company, Inc., a registered investment advisor located in San Diego, California.
