CWC Trading Fund 2002, LLC Private Stock Offering

George Shenas and Jeffrey Clark have recently concluded the representation of CWC Trading Fund 2002, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), in connection with the Company's formation and private offering of up to $10,000,000 in securities. The Company intends to invest the proceeds of the Offering in short term trading opportunities (long and short) in publicly traded securities, including options.
The General Manager of the Company is CWC Asset Advisors, Inc., which is an affiliate of Christopher Weil & Company, Inc., a registered investment advisor located in San Diego, California.
