Sale of Access Control Division of the New Sytron, Inc.

Shenas & Clark, Incorporated represented The New Sytron, Inc. in connection with the sale to DPI International Group of substantially all of the assets of the access control division of the corporation, doing business in Broomfield, Colorado under the name of Dorado Products. The seller retained ownership of its assets relating to parking system business, barrier gate division and multiplexer business.
