Sale of Bear Irrigation Product Line of Grizzle & Hunter Plastic, LLC to Signature Control Systems, Inc.

Shenas & Clark, Incorporated successfully concluded its representation of Grizzle & Hunter Plastic, LLC in connection with its sale of the Bear Irrigation Product Line to Signature Control Systems, Inc. The Bear Irrigation Product Line includes sprinklers, sprinkler components, and other irrigation products used in golf course, driving range, putting greens, and golf teaching facilities. Grizzle & Hunter retained and will continue to operate its injection molding manufacturing business. Signature Control manufactures irrigation controls, site management software, vehicle maintenance and GPS products. Earlier this year, John Deere Golf & Turf One Source announced that it was aligning itself with Signature Control to roll out a full line of sprinkler heads, valves, and control sensing and communications in the spring of 2006.
