Besam US Inc. Acquires Don La Force Associates, Inc.

George P. Shenas, Incorporated completed its representation of Besam US, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Don La Force Associates, Inc. (DLA). DLA distributes, installs and performs service on automatic doors in the southwestern United States where the company has a market-leading position. Besam is a subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY, which is a $3 billion international leading producer of locks, security systems, and door hardware.
