Jeff Clark Named Principal of Firm and Firm Name Changed to Shenas & Clark

Jeffrey C. Clark has become a Principal in the firm and the firm name has been changed from George P. Shenas, Incorporated to Shenas & Clark, Incorporated.
Jeff has been associated with the firm since 1998, during which time he has specialized in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and general contract law.
Jeff is a 1997 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and School of Business, at which time he received his Juris Doctor degree and MBA degree, with honors. He received his BA in English with a specialization in business administration from UCLA in 1991.
