George P. Shenas, Incorporated, a corporate law firm based in San Diego, has completed the production in early 2009 of four separate video interviews in a 'question and answer' format entitled the "M&A VIDEO SERIES", hosted by attorney George Shenas, is designed to educate business owners and executives who plan to either sell or buy a business or a product line in the near, medium or long term. The videos present many of the key components of a successful Mergers and Acquisitions transaction in practical, timely and 'plain English' terms.
The videos, which are posted in the new "Videos" section of the firm's website (www.gpsinc.com), features various professionals and CEOs who possess extensive and varied backgrounds in the sale and purchase of businesses.
