Harlan & Boettger Merger with JH Cohn, LLP

George P. Shenas, Incorporated has completed the representation of the accounting firm of Harlan & Boettger, LLP and its partners William Boettger, James Harlan and Marshall Varano in connection with the merger of the firm with J.H. Cohn LLP, a national accounting firm headquartered in New Jersey. Upon the closing of the transaction on January 31, Mr. Boettger, Mr. Harlan and Mr. Varano became partners in J.H. Cohn LLP, and continue to engage in their practices in the San Diego office of Cohn located at 5415 Oberlin Drive, San Diego, CA 92121.
