Furthermore, GPS chooses to strive for the highest integrity and to conduct its business in an ethical manner and in accordance with local customs.

GPS will not tolerate employees or independent contractors who achieve results at the cost of violation of law or who deal unscrupulously. Additionally, employees and independent contractors are expected to be honest and forthcoming with information and adhere to internal controls.

It is GPS’s policy to maintain and protect the Company’s high reputation with its customers, suppliers, contractors, employees, shareholders, partners and all other parties with whom the Company has dealings including the communities in which the Company operates.
